Explaining himself, the clear and concise Mr. Dithers said: "Let me be perfectly clear. I have elected to decide that if I can't win the seats, or ban mostly banned guns, I am sure - and this has always been my clear compromise position - that I can enjoy Canadian values such as the quality upholstering of chairs. That is, I intend to comfortably watch the notwithstanding clause' use sitting down."
