Harper Supports Abortion - Quip OTD

Prime Minister Stephen Harper surprised many in his party and in Alberta today when he came forward with the official conservative position on abortion. "Given that new pre-natal tests can determine whether a baby will be heterosexual or homosexual, the Conservative Party of Canada is now strongly in favour of abortion rights..."

Just as a sidenote, the Conservatives voted, at their policy conference last March, to leave the right to get an abortion undisturbed. Given the squeaky majority on the issue though, I thought it'd be fun to poke fun at them. Oh, and I don't actually know of any gay/straight pre-natal tests.
